Subway Package consists of: (4 hour party)

A professional Disc jockey will be at the event to program all of the music from your list of requests & by reading the crowd to make sure that the evening runs smoothly.

The "Subway" set design to be provided by New York Entertainment is a 16' wide DJ booth that will surround the DJ and his equipment. It's dynamic but not ostentatious. The set also consists of an elevated Black metal dance platform, a top of the line 4-speaker sound system. This set design can be scaled back to 8'. Depending on the size of your ballroom.

A "basic" crate consisting of approximately 175 of the higher quality party goods. Fully equipped with the latest light up items, hats & glasses.

Cocktail hour system for adults & Crystal stick on jewelry & light up magnets for kids.

Madison Package consists of:

The "Park Ave" set design to be provided by New York Entertainment is the same as the Madison with the addition of Two 6' galvanized steel Four point upright Trusses that has two moving heads perched on top, & Two high powered digital LED spots that change the tint color of the trusses for a hip but beautiful look. It's dynamic but not ostentatious. The set also consists of a 8x3 lighted dance stage (Saturday night fever), Two simulated rainbow lasers for a spectacular light show, a top of the line 4-speaker sound system. This setup can be stretched out to a spectacular 31' through the use of strategically placed black decorative panels or scaled down to 15' wide, this set is 12' deep but could also be scaled down depending on the width of your ballroom.

Intelligent light show featuring moving heads, a top of the line 4-speaker sound system. This setup can be stretched out to a spectacular 31' through the use of strategically placed black decorative panels or scaled down to 10' wide, this set is 12' deep but could also be scaled down depending on the size of your ballroom.

The "Empire" set design to be provided by New York Entertainment is a 10' long truss by 4' deep equipped (A Three dimensional Truss) with the latest high tech colorful intelligent lighting & a 4' high Black felt DJ Booth that will surround the DJ and his equipment. Your guests can dance inside this spectacular High-Tech Electronic structure; it will look and feel as if you and your guests are part of a junior rock concert. The set also consists of a 8x4 lighted dance stage (Saturday night fever), & an additional stage tier. Two simulated rainbow lasers for a spectacular light show, a top of the line - sound system. They do a sophisticated Jazz show during meals and our talented vocalist will perform some beautiful ballads from jazz, to Striesand to Motown. A producer will be at the event As the M.C. to over see all of the entertainment and to make sure that the evening runs smoothly. The Broadway set is the same as our "Empire set" which is a 4 legged truss complete with state of the art Intelligent light systems Looks like a mini rock concert. Two 8' Video screen package - Live simulcasting, picture montage shown at event, zap shots. Theme related video played on screens throughout the affair. One video screen technician to fully operate video screen and live simulcasting camera.

Two 42" TV plasma screens, which will be attached to the four legged Rock concert"MTV Truss". The set also consists of an 8'x3' lighted dance stage (Saturday night fever), Intelligent Lighting for a spectacular light show.
